While environmental protection is critical, processes like CEQA are frequently abused by opponents to intentionally delay or block projects, adding legal battles and costs that ultimately hike up housing prices for everyone.

At Citizens 4 Homes, we refuse to accept a future where homeownership in California is an impossible dream. Founded by Adrian Aros, a Civic Entrepreneur and Community Strategist deeply rooted in community engagement through FC Riverside County, we saw the frustration of students and first-time buyers firsthand.
We exist to transform that frustration into powerful, collective action. We are building a dynamic grassroots movement dedicated to dismantling the overregulation and political rhetoric that stifle housing development. Our mission is simple: to advocate for common-sense policies that open doors to affordable homes, foster vibrant communities, and ensure future generations can build their lives and thrive right here in California.
